Refund Policy for ARDENEX TRADERS (SMC-PVT) LIMITED.

1. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only granted if:

   – The e-book file is corrupted and unusable.

   – The customer receives the wrong product.

2. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

3. No refunds for change of mind or accidental purchase.

4. Once a digital product is downloaded, refunds cannot be issued.
